These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and criksx ("criksx", "we", "us", "our"). Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use the criksx platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all of these conditions are met and will remain met for the duration of your use of criksx.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of criksx. criksx is strictly a platform for adults. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification via KYC documentation. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited or returned at criksx's sole discretion in accordance with applicable guidelines.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
criksx is designed for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using criksx is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. criksx makes no representation that the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. If you access criksx from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and criksx accepts no liability in respect of such access.
2.3 Single Account Rule
You may hold only one registered account on criksx. Multiple account registration — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. criksx uses automated and manual checks to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all such accounts may be closed immediately, and any balances held within them may be forfeited. 2.4 Employees & Associates
Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of individuals employed by criksx or any of its game provider partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi) are not permitted to hold player accounts on criksx.
criksx uses KYC age verification for all accounts that reach withdrawal thresholds. We may request proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension.
To use criksx you must confirm all of the following:

Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full criksx platform — including all casino games, live cricket betting markets, and the BDT wallet — you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid mobile number, a unique password, and confirmation that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
3.2 Account Information Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal information associated with your criksx account is accurate and up to date at all times. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. If your details change, update them promptly by contacting [email protected]. criksx may request updated documentation at any time, particularly if account information appears inconsistent with KYC documents provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your criksx account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. criksx will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, contact [email protected] immediately. You are liable for all activity conducted through your account until you notify criksx of any unauthorised access.
3.4 KYC Verification
criksx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a National ID Card, passport, or other government-issued ID — before withdrawals are processed or upon request by our compliance team. The KYC process may also require proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Documents must be clear, current, and unaltered. KYC verification is conducted securely and all documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.5 Account Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your criksx account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that any Real Money Funds balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method. Any Bonus Funds balance will be forfeited upon account closure. criksx will process voluntary account closure requests within 48 hours of receiving a complete and verifiable request from the registered account holder.
Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Wallet
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

4.3 Deposit Processing Times
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your criksx BDT Wallet in under 10 seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take between 10 minutes and 2 banking hours to credit, depending on the processing speed of your bank. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 banking business days for bank transfers and card withdrawals. Processing times may be extended if KYC verification is incomplete or if a transaction is flagged for compliance review. criksx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request before processing it. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4.5 Player Funds
Your Real Money Funds are held in accounts separate from criksx's operating funds, ensuring that player balances are protected. criksx does not use player funds for operational purposes. In the event of any dispute regarding your BDT Wallet balance, the transaction records held in criksx's system shall be considered the primary authoritative source, subject to any demonstrated error.
4.6 Currency
All transactions on criksx are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). criksx does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If your payment method processes a transaction in a currency other than BDT, any currency conversion costs are your responsibility and criksx accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.1 General Bonus Rules
All bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. 5.2 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using strategies that guarantee a profit from bonus funds regardless of game outcome; making low-risk wagers solely to complete wagering requirements; and any other conduct that criksx reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. criksx reserves the right to void bonuses, remove bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress that have not met the Wagering Requirement by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. criksx is not obliged to provide advance notification of bonus expiry beyond the expiry date stated at the time the bonus was claimed.
5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
criksx reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already claimed it, your existing bonus will remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of claiming.
Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets & Wagers
All bets placed on criksx — whether on casino games, live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, or sports betting markets — are final and binding once confirmed by our system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. criksx will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances set out in Section 6.3.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on criksx. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game, event type, and your account tier. criksx reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including during live in-play betting markets.
6.3 Void Bets & Market Cancellation
criksx reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after an event has concluded or a market has closed; the odds or game outcome were subject to a technical error; the event is cancelled, abandoned, or subject to exceptional circumstances such as an act of Force Majeure; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your BDT Wallet as Real Money Funds.
6.4 Palpable Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), criksx reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's BDT Wallet. Examples of palpable errors include odds that are grossly inconsistent with market rates or game payout tables displayed at a multiple of the correct value.
6.5 Game Providers & Fairness
All casino games, live casino tables, slots, and crash games available on criksx are provided by internationally licensed studios. These include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use verified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer operations that have been independently certified for fairness. criksx does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings beyond those certified by the game provider.
6.6 Disconnection & Technical Issues
criksx cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game or market. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which in most cases means the round is completed as normal and the result applied to your account upon reconnection. criksx is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet connection, device failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.7 Responsible Gaming Limits During Play
Responsible gaming limits set on your account — including deposit limits, loss limits, and session timers — apply to all gaming and betting activity on criksx regardless of the type of game or market. These limits operate in real time. If you reach a limit, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the limit period resets or is adjusted in accordance with our responsible gaming policy. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on criksx. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balances (Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits.
Identity Fraud
Registering using false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fabricated identity document during KYC verification is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under Bangladesh law.
Money Laundering
Using criksx to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity is strictly prohibited. criksx complies with AML best practices and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required.
Automated Play & Bots
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure.
Collusion
Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker or card games, or engage in any form of team play that gives a group an unfair advantage over the platform or other individual players is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting Software Errors
Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the criksx platform or any game to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit not intended by the platform is prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error will be voided.
Unauthorised Payment Methods
Using a payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank account, card) that is not registered in your own name, or using a stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment method to fund your criksx account is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and potential legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by criksx
criksx reserves the right to suspend any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2; the account is being used in breach of any provision of these Terms; suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account; a KYC verification request has not been satisfied within the requested timeframe; or the account has been flagged by our responsible gaming monitoring systems as requiring intervention.
8.2 Closure by criksx
criksx may permanently close any account where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; KYC verification has revealed that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements; the account holder has been found to have engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; a self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed; or criksx determines in its sole discretion that maintaining the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the account holder themselves.
8.3 Handling of Funds on Closure
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Real Money Funds may be returned to the account holder's registered payment method at criksx's discretion following a compliance review. All Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately upon account closure regardless of the reason. Where an account is closed due to suspected fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
8.4 Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of your account and the reason for your appeal. criksx will investigate all appeals in good faith and will respond within 5 business days. During the appeal period, the account will remain suspended. criksx's decision following an appeal review is final.
8.5 Amendments to These Terms
criksx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the criksx platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using criksx and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
8.6 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the criksx platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and criksx, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes informally and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts for resolution.
8.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, criksx's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in the Player's BDT Wallet at the time the claim arises. criksx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including lost profits, lost winnings, or loss of data arising from your use of or inability to use the criksx platform.
Account suspension is applied immediately upon detection of a potential breach. KYC-related suspensions are lifted as soon as satisfactory documentation is received and verified. Compliance-related suspensions are reviewed within 2 business days. You will be notified of the reason for suspension via your registered contact details wherever possible.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — contact [email protected] at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Responsible gaming closures are honoured with the highest priority. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to register a new account on criksx.
